Country, state and city delivery options are maintained in the database. Shipping charge and delivery ETA can be configured city-wise from the admin shipping module.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping may apply based on delivery city, order value and bulk order requirements. Free shipping can be shown for eligible order values as configured in the storefront.
Bulk & B2B Dispatch
Dealer, distributor and project orders may use separate dispatch terms, transport arrangements, purchase order references or manual quotation approval.
Delivery Support
If a shipment is delayed, customers can contact support with the order number so the team can review courier and dispatch status.
